WARRANTY WITHIN 30 DAYS AND WITH PROOF OF PURCHASE

  • FACTORY DEFECT – Can be changed or cash refund NO QUESTION ASKED.
  • DEFECT CAUSED BY USER – Can be changed or replaced.

WARRANTY AFTER 30 DAYS OR W/OUT PROOF OF PURCHASE

  • FACTORY DEFECT – Can be repaired for FREE.
  • DEFECT CAUSED BY USER – Can be repaired with minimal fee.

NOTE:

  • Give 2 weeks allowance for repairs.
  • Storage Solutions reserves the right to refuse repair of items after 30 days from date of purchase. This applies to products that are not repairable bec. of extensive use of the customer.

RETURN POLICY

  • Our refund and exchange policy is valid for 30 days.
  • Remember to keep your proof of payment and return the item in original packaging and in good condition.
  • Inter-branch returns are allowed.
  • No returns accepted in Bazaars and Pop-up Shops.
